This qualitative study employed a thematic analysis design. The participants were 22 financial managers, senior accountants, internal auditors, information technology managers, and financial system implementation consultants from medium-sized and large companies in Tehran. Participants were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews, and sampling continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. Saturation was reached in the twentieth interview, and two additional interviews were conducted to ensure conceptual adequacy. All interviews were transcribed verbatim and analyzed using NVivo software through open, axial, and selective coding procedures. The analysis resulted in four main categories: “financial agility through real-time access to data,” “intelligent cost control and reduction of resource waste,” “enhancement of managerial decision quality through predictive analytics and information integration,” and “challenges of trust, security, and organizational readiness in cloud implementation.” Participants emphasized that cloud-based accounting systems reduce dependency on manual and periodic reports and enable faster responses to changes in liquidity, costs, and sales. Intelligent features such as automated alerts, managerial dashboards, trend analysis, and budget variance detection were also identified as critical mechanisms for improving cost control and supporting managerial decision-making. The findings indicate that cloud-based and intelligent accounting systems are not merely technological tools but strategic infrastructures for improving financial flexibility, cost transparency, and data-driven decision-making. However, the realization of their full benefits depends on data security, digital infrastructure quality, user training, top management support, and the redesign of financial processes.</p> <p>هدف این پژوهش تبیین اثر سیستم‌های حسابداری ابری و هوشمند بر چابکی مالی، کنترل هزینه و کیفیت تصمیم‌های مدیریتی در شرکت‌های مستقر در تهران بود. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و طرح تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل ۲۲ نفر از مدیران مالی، حسابداران ارشد، حسابرسان داخلی، مدیران فناوری اطلاعات و مشاوران پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های مالی در شرکت‌های متوسط و بزرگ شهر تهران بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری شد و فرایند نمونه‌گیری تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت؛ اشباع در مصاحبه بیستم حاصل شد و دو مصاحبه تکمیلی برای اطمینان از کفایت مفهومی انجام گرفت. مصاحبه‌ها پس از پیاده‌سازی کامل، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار NVivo و بر اساس کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی تحلیل شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها به استخراج چهار مقوله اصلی منجر شد: «چابکی مالی مبتنی بر دسترسی بلادرنگ به داده‌ها»، «کنترل هوشمند هزینه و کاهش اتلاف منابع»، «ارتقای کیفیت تصمیم‌های مدیریتی از طریق تحلیل پیش‌بینانه و یکپارچگی اطلاعات» و «چالش‌های اعتماد، امنیت و آمادگی سازمانی در استقرار سیستم‌های ابری». مشارکت‌کنندگان تأکید داشتند که سیستم‌های حسابداری ابری با حذف وابستگی به گزارش‌های دستی و دوره‌ای، امکان واکنش سریع‌تر به نوسانات نقدینگی، هزینه و فروش را فراهم می‌کنند. همچنین، قابلیت‌های هوشمند مانند هشدارهای خودکار، داشبوردهای مدیریتی، تحلیل روند و شناسایی انحراف از بودجه، نقش مهمی در کنترل هزینه و پشتیبانی از تصمیم‌گیری ایفا می‌کند. نتایج نشان داد سیستم‌های حسابداری ابری و هوشمند صرفاً ابزارهای فناورانه نیستند، بلکه به‌مثابه زیرساختی راهبردی برای افزایش انعطاف‌پذیری مالی، شفافیت هزینه‌ای و تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر داده عمل می‌کنند. بااین‌حال، تحقق کامل مزایای آن‌ها به امنیت داده، کیفیت زیرساخت دیجیتال، آموزش کاربران، حمایت مدیریت ارشد و بازطراحی فرایندهای مالی وابسته است.</p> https://jsaefm.com/index.php/jsaefm/article/download/34/32
